I create photography and film for luxury villas and private residences, working with owners, property managers and developers. The architecture, interiors and setting are presented with care and accuracy, whether the images are intended for rentals, a sale or a private record of the home.

Deciding what to show
We identify the spaces and features that distinguish the villa, its audience and where the material will appear. Photography, film or both can be commissioned.
Preparing the property
Light, access and preparation are coordinated with the owner or manager, taking occupancy and the availability of each space into account.
Agreeing the delivery and use
The proposal sets out the finished material, formats, schedule and permitted users. Privacy and publication requirements are agreed from the outset.
Frequently asked questions
Can I commission photography or film separately?
Yes. Either can be commissioned on its own. When both are needed, planning them together allows a consistent visual approach and coordinated shoots and deliveries.
How should the villa be prepared for the shoot?
We review the planned spaces, cleaning, furniture, garden and pool as relevant to the brief. Together with the owner or manager, we agree what needs to be ready, who will prepare it and when access is available.
How are privacy and publication handled?
Before confirming the commission, we agree which spaces may be shown and any access or publication restrictions, including possible use in my portfolio. These conditions are recorded in the agreement.
