What data is used and why

When you contact us through the form or by email, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, understand your project and prepare a proposal if requested.

The contact form collects your first name, last name, email address and message; company or website is optional. The required fields allow us to process your enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive data or unnecessary information about third parties.

Requests for quotations are handled to take steps prior to a potential contract. If a commission is agreed, the necessary data is used to perform the contract and meet applicable legal, tax and administrative obligations.

Other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to communications received. Contacting us does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.

The website also processes technical information for its operation and security. Website measurement is described in the Cookie Policy.

Providers and recipients

Squarespace provides hosting, website tools and forms. Microsoft Exchange Online provides the email service. The website uses Google Analytics for website measurement. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help detect automated submissions and prevent spam.

Data may be accessed by providers needed to deliver these services and manage commissions, within the scope of their duties, and by authorities where required by law.

These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The applicable safeguards are set out in each provider’s data protection terms, including adequacy mechanisms and standard contractual clauses where appropriate. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to respond to an enquiry or manage the professional relationship. Afterwards, only the information needed to meet legal obligations and address potential liabilities is retained for the applicable periods.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, as well as restriction of processing, objection and portability where applicable. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
