Images for your project’s communication
Photographs and films can form part of the communication of an architecture studio, villa, hotel, brand or publication. A licence defines how that material may be used so that the investment serves the needs of each project.
You can enquire about the uses included in a commission or the availability of archive images.
What a licence includes
Each proposal specifies the authorised material, the individuals or organisations that may use it, publication channels, purpose, territory and duration. Exclusivity will also be specified if agreed.
Uses may include a website, portfolio, social media, editorial publications or advertising campaigns. Not all uses are included automatically: they will be defined according to the commission’s needs.
Use by other businesses or professionals
Participating in a project, owning the property or receiving its photographs does not, by itself, grant usage rights.
If an architect, interior designer, agency, brand, publication or another third party wishes to use the material, they must be covered by the licence or request the appropriate permission. The same applies to new campaigns or uses beyond those agreed.
Credit and alterations
Creator credit will be given under the agreed terms and in accordance with legally recognised rights. Crediting Nacho Dorado does not replace permission to use the material.
Retouching, filters, alterations or adaptations beyond those permitted by the licence must be discussed beforehand. Original or editable files are not included unless expressly agreed.
Rights relating to other people, works, brands or elements appearing in the images will be considered where required by the intended use.

Write to hello@nachodorado.com with the photographs or videos you are interested in, who will use them, where they will be published and for how long.
You will receive a proposal tailored to the intended use. Availability will be confirmed taking into account existing agreements and necessary permissions. The specific terms agreed for each commission will apply, without prejudice to rights established by law.
